Let’s get started!

Step 1:

Please select the SCRIBE-MEDIA services you require by filling in the form supplied by the link below. You will also be asked to fill in the project brief so that we can gather as much info on your project as possible. We encourage you to use this facility to instruct us on your project requirements. During this process you are welcome to ask questions whilst your free quote is being processed.

Step 2:

To continue with your order, you will be asked to fill in your contact details so that an email with the quote amount and payment options can be forwarded to you.

Step 3:

After you submit your online query, you will receive a free quotation via e-mail from SCRIBE-MEDIA along with an estimated project completion date. You will be offered various payment options on the e-mail quotation which will allow you to complete the transaction should you decide to approve our quote.

Step 4:

SCRIBE-MEDIA will commence with your project once payment is reflected in our bank account and you will be sent an invoice to confirm the purchase of our services. Should you require a revision or an amendment to your quote during the project’s development period, you will need to inform us and if necessary be required to settle any additional costs on the new quote before we will continue with the project.

Step 5:

Once we start with your project, you will receive regular progress reports via e-mail during which you will be encouraged to give us your comments and feedback until the project is completed.

Step 6:

A final draft of your project will be delivered to you and you will be entitled to 30 days After Service Support in which your project can be tweaked to suit your requirements.

MediaPic   AFTER SERVICE SUPPORT:

AFTER SERVICE SUPPORT will be available to all SCRIBE-MEDIA's clients who want additional editing done on their project once it has been completed.

Once a design or website has been approved and signed off, the client has 7 days in which to make minor changes. With written text, a leeway of +/- 50 additional words will be allowed during the 7 day re-editing and sub-editing phase. After that, any additional changes will be charged for at a negotiated rate.

If there are any additional services which you require, please ensure that it is stated in your email to us. AFTER SERVICE SUPPORT will be available FREE OF CHARGE for 30 days after completion of the project.
