Q: What process is followed when ordering copywriting/journalism text from SCRIBE-MEDIA? A: Service bookings are discussed in our MEDIA SERVICES SHOP page. Once we have established the exact criteria for the copywriting/journalism to be conducted, the project will be constructed with your help. We will keep you updated with regular progress reports on your project and throughout the process you will be encouraged to make recommendations during the editing stage of the project. Q: Will you allow me to make amendments to the text? A: Yes, we are with you throughout the whole process until you sign off on a successfully completed project. We encourage you to help us edit the text during your regular e-mail updates. The following steps will explain how the process works: |

Once you have submitted the quote form on our Media Services Shop page, your enquiry with the project brief will be delivered to
us. (See picture 1) We will then respond to your enquiry to finalise the criteria of your project and to settle payment. The project will commence immediately after transaction have been completed. An initial draft will be sent to you via email containing 2 MS Word 2003 Documents from SCRIBE-MEDIA. (See picture 2 & picture 3) |

| The 2 MS Word 2003 Documents from SCRIBE-MEDIA which will contain the 1st copywriting/journalism draft of your project along with a document named'Add Your Comments' which will allow you to edit the text and to give us further instructions. After you have made the necessary amendments to the text, you will be asked to return the document to us via e-mail for further sub-editing. (See picture 3) | ||||

When we receive your 'Add Your Comments' document, we will continue with the further editing of the text based on the
recommendations which you have sent to us. Once further amendments have been made, the document will be sent back to you along with another
document named 'Add Your Comments' which can be sent back to us for further editing.
